GENERAL INFORMATION

What are the lū‘au days and times?

‘Auli‘i Lū‘au is held every Monday and Wednesday.
October - February: check-in begins at 5:00 pm.
March - September: check-in begins at 5:30 pm.

What time should we arrive?

You are welcome to arrive when check in begins.

  • 5:00pm October-February

  • 5:30pm March-September

How do you get to the lū‘au?

Arrive at Sheraton Kaua‘i Resort on Po‘ipū Beach. Park your car at the event parking or use complimentary valet.

Which Sheraton are you located at?

We are located at the Sheraton Kaua‘i Resort on Po‘ipū Beach on the South Shore of Kaua‘i.

SEATING & TICKETS

Where will I be seated?

All seating is pre-assigned based on your booking date.

What does the Ali‘i Seating include?

  • Pre-assigned seating based on booking date within the first 4 rows fronting the stage on shared round tables.

  • Premier check-in line (far right).

  • Tableside appetizers and first to dinner buffet.

  • Specialty lei greeting (seasonal-flower, shell, or kukui nut)

  • Open bar, tableside appetizers and buffet dinner.

What does the Aloha Seating include?

  • Pre-assigned seating based on booking date on shared banquet tables.

  • Standard check-in line (far left).

  • Shell lei greeting.

  • Open bar, buffet appetizers, and buffet dinner.

Premier seating is sold out. Can we join the waitlist?

Yes! We recommend booking Standard Seating and include an upgrade request in the “Comments” Section during checkout. Guests confirmed in Standard are processed before guests on the general waitlist and processed in the order received.

What IS the LAYOUT OF THE lūʻau grounds?

What is considered a Lap Child?

Children ages 3 and under are complimentary as long as they are able to sit in someones lap throughout the event. If you would like to ensure your child has a seat, we recommend purchasing a youth ticket. Strollers are not allowed at your table but may be parked in the designated area.

Can we sit with friends from another reservation?

To accommodate our pre-assigned seating, it's best if you and your friends are booked under the same reservation. You may also reference each others names in the “attending with” section of our online booking process.

Is the lū‘au wheelchair accessible?

Yes, please let us about any accessibility needs so we can assist you.

Do you cater to guests with dietary restrictions?

Yes we do! Please see our allergen chart below and notify us of any specific dietary needs.

ONSITE EXPERIENCE

Should I bring cash/credit card with me?

Yes! We offer a variety of makana (gifts) available for purchase including:

  • Fresh flower lei and haku (crowns)

  • Professional lūʻau photos

  • Authentic arts & crafts

  • ʻAuliʻi Lūʻau souvenirs

Where should I park?

Sheraton Kaua‘i resort event parking or complimentary valet.

WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS

What happens if it rains?

If inclement weather is forecasted, the lū‘au will continue but the location will change to the Sheraton Ballroom, which is an indoor location. All guests will be advised of any location changes via email/text.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancel 24+ hours before: Full Refund

  • Within 24 hours: Full charge

    (Please note: if you booked through a 3rd party affiliate, their cancellation policies will differ from ours. Please reach out to them directly)
